About Carrie
Hi, I’m Carrie. I call Arizona home where we average 300 days of sunshine every year. I’m married and have two amazing stepsons. My husband and I love to travel — of all the places we have been, Italy will always have my heart for its beauty, history, people, and unforgettable cuisine. Outside of work, you’ll find me reading a great business book, practicing yoga, enjoying live music, or spending quality time with friends and family. I am a lifelong animal lover – no matter where I go, I somehow end up befriending the nearest dog, cat or creature with a heartbeat. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Business Administration.
My leadership career spans decades, including serving as COO and Integrator for a large nonprofit and later in a management role at the U.S. Department of Energy. I’ve been operating on EOS since 2020 and love how simple, powerful, and transformative it is. Creating clarity, ensuring the right people are in the right seats, driving results, and solving issues — it’s truly a game changer for any business.
In addition to my professional work, I’ve served on several local and national boards in both director and executive roles. I’m passionate about helping people and communities thrive, and I bring that same commitment to every team and organization I support.
