Catalyst Integrator & Operations

We’re looking for an Integrator & Operations Leader to partner closely with our Visionary and internal team. THIS IS NOT A FRACTIONAL CLIENT FACING SEAT!

This is a builder role—ideal for someone who:

  • Has operated at an Executive and Director level (or similar) 

  • Is ready to step into a true Integrator seat and build Rocket Fuel with a Visionary

This role is both: Strategic (thinking, shaping direction) and Tactical (executing, building systems, driving results) 

  • How You Will Provide Value

    • Work directly with the Visionary to shape ideas and direction 

    • Challenge and refine thinking 

    • Turn vision into clear priorities 

    Execution & Operations

    • Own day-to-day operations 

    • Build systems, processes, and accountability 

    • Ensure things get done—consistently 

    Team Leadership

    • Hire, coach, and develop team members 

    • Create clarity in roles and expectations 

    • Build a high-performing, aligned team 

    Scale the Business

    • Help remove the Visionary from day-to-day operations 

    • Create structure that supports growth 

    • Continuously improve how the business runs
