About Karrie
My path to the Integrator role wasn’t traditional—I spent 15 years inside the business working across functions, building systems, and developing a deep understanding of how organizations actually run. When I stepped into the Integrator role in 2019, it quickly became clear this is where I do my best work: bringing clarity to complexity, aligning people and priorities, and turning vision into disciplined execution and results. Having operated within EOS since 2014, I focus on helping leadership teams improve communication, strengthen accountability, and execute consistently as they scale. I’m particularly effective during periods of change, where focus, structure, and strong leadership alignment are critical to stabilizing the business and creating a foundation for sustainable growth.
Operating on EOS/Traction since 2014; serving as Integrator since 2019.
Led a full leadership reset early in tenure as Integrator, rebuilding the leadership team and establishing a high-functioning Visionary/Integrator partnership that enabled execution against the company’s turnaround objectives.
Rebuilt the company’s operating foundation and culture around EOS principles, including right people/right seats, trust, productive conflict, commitment, accountability, and execution discipline.
