About Vanessa:
Hi, I’m Vanessa! I’m originally from the Midwest and currently call the Indianapolis, IN area home, where I live with my wonderful family. My husband and I are the proud, busy parents of three incredible teenage kids—Zach, Alexa, and Noah—who keep us on our toes with their ever-evolving interests and activities. Alongside them, we have two very energetic puppies, Pepper and Charlie. In my downtime, I love traveling, reading, and cycling on my Peloton, which helps me recharge and stay grounded.
My career began with over 20 years in corporate leadership, where I gained valuable experience managing teams, driving growth, and navigating complex organizations. Seeking a new challenge, I transitioned into the SMB world and discovered EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). This transition was a game-changer, and it allowed me to leverage my experience in a more hands-on, impactful way.
Since then, I’ve served as President and Integrator for multiple companies, helping leadership teams integrate EOS into the business, align strategy, and thrive. I’m passionate about empowering teams to find clarity, focus, and flow, driving success and realizing their full potential.
