We craft intentional plans, execute onboarding and ensure that all of our experienced Integrators have what they need to plug in quickly with their clients on a part-time basis.

A bit about our newest Integrator Laura, straight from her…

“After serving in leadership roles with several small to midsize product driven retail companies, I learned about EOS in 2019. I read Rocket Fuel in one afternoon and my life was forever changed knowing there was a word for people like me – “Integrator”! I love creating clarity for teams so that each individual understands specific things they can do to execute the vision. I enjoy coaching, managing and mentoring leadership teams, healthy debate, and solving the problems that no one else wants to touch. I get excited about organizing, prioritizing, and compartmentalizing things – issues, ideas, projects, processes. I have a special knack for working with family businesses. I separate family “stuff” from the business and help the team see solutions that serve the greater good.”
