Our passion is to help experienced Integrators transition into being a successful Fractional by giving you the coaching, community and clients you need to build your confidence in your career!

Be the change, make an impact, live and act with intentionality. We offer custom training and development exclusively to our Catalyst Integrators. When you join our team, you learn to Be the Catalyst® in your life; personally, professionally, for others, in your community and in your leadership. It has a contagious ripple effect. You will catch yourself in moments where you are the Catalyst for growth, change, influence, support, kindness, breakthroughs and it will inspire you and others. This is an intentional mindset, a movement and a state of awareness that ensures future success in anything you want to achieve. Our Be the Catalyst® methodology is made up of several key concepts that you must begin to master to live your ideal life. We harmoniously integrate this into all we do and in how we serve you.

Qualifications to become a Catalyst Integrator®:

  • Minimum of 3 years running a company on EOS® from the Integrator seat

  • Experience working with an EOS Implementer

  • Minimum 10 years Leadership experience
