Hi, I’m Jodie Steele — the Integrator Matchmaker at Catalyst Integrators®! Raised in Wisconsin, I navigated down to Charlotte when I was 18, and now have made my way further south to Miami! I’m an animal lover and dog mom to a sassy Husky. I’m a big advocate of healthy eating & living! In my spare time you can find me dancing (primarily Brazilian Zouk), anywhere outdoors with my husky, traveling, or in the kitchen. I love cooking and experimenting with flavors and am passionate in helping women balance their hormones through food and herbs.
Professionally, I specialize in creating powerful connections that help leaders and teams thrive. At Catalyst Integrators®, I match Visionaries with the right Integrators, and I also pair Integrators with mentors who can elevate their leadership and confidence.
I lead Business Development, guiding Visionaries from our first conversation all the way through finding their perfect Integrator fit. With my entrepreneurial background and deep EOS® experience, I love helping leaders get clear on what they truly need to gain traction.
