It all started with a glass of Gin and the Dallas airport…
One day, Catalyst Integrator Nicole Mennicke called me from the Dallas airport while waiting for her flight home from a Quarterly Planning session with a client. Will sipping on a Gin cocktail she felt a wave of inspiration come over her and had to share. She called me and said “So hear me out…what if we took all of my amazing team health tools and put them on a deck of cards to share with leaders?” and I said “Let’s do it!” and we began the process of creating a super powerful deck of cards that has most recently evolved into a series of workshops led by Nicole herself.
At Catalyst Integrators, we know that a company is only as strong as its team. That’s why we launched our Team Health Workshop Series, a customized session designed to help leaders build trust, improve communication, and strengthen alignment using practical, easy-to-implement tools. Some are curated from our favorites and some are Nicole Mennicke originals!
One of the most exciting parts of this initiative has been where it all started with our Seasons of Team Health card deck, a tool designed to spark meaningful conversations and uncover opportunities for growth. Curated by our very own Nicole with collaborative and design input from me, this deck is a hands-on way for teams to assess their strengths, identify challenges, and take actionable steps toward higher performance.
When it came to bringing this deck to life, we partnered with Shuffled Ink, and they did an amazing job printing them! The quality and feel of the cards make them a joy to use, and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out.
